Goals
I hope to master the skill of web design. So far this class has been quite helpful in teaching me about codes. I now have a far better understanding of how coding works, and how small mistakes can corrupt an entire site. I also hope to use this class to further my skills in creativity. That way I will be able to better incorporate my Photoshop and photography skills with web design.
Once the semester wraps up I hope to have a complete understanding of how web design works, and what goes into making a web site. How it is not as easy as it looks, and the best sites are the ones that have spent months perfecting their skill. Going into this class with pretty much no understanding of how coding, or web design works, I know I will be very well benefited by taking this class.
If I do decide to pursue web design, this class will be a big part in that. As of right now, I do not feel very confident in this area of the major. However, after taking this course, and seeing what I can do with codes outside of Dreamweaver. I am much more interested to see what I can achieve with the skills I am learning.
